Hi, I’m Kurt Rogers.
I didn't come to breathwork. Breathwork came to me.
I was in the middle of what I can only describe as a living death. Burning everything to the ground and seeing what was left standing.
In that season, while sitting in meditation with a mantra, something shifted. The breath completely took over.
I had never done breathwork before. I didn't know what was happening. But something in me recognized it immediately.
That moment changed the direction of my life. It sent me toward this work, toward teaching, toward holding space for others who are ready to move through what they've been carrying.
The breath has held me through my own unraveling. It has allowed things to move through me that I would have otherwise held onto or pushed down. That's not something I read in a book. It's something I know in my body.
What I believe
The breath holds what the mind can't release. It doesn't need you to have it figured out. It doesn't require you to be ready in any particular way. It just asks you to show up and breathe.
That's all. The rest takes care of itself.
Training and approach
My foundation is in conscious connected breathing and pranayama, weaving ancient wisdom with present-moment awareness.
I have spent years refining this work, not just as a facilitator but as a student of the breath itself. The practice has taught me as much as any training ever could.
Over time I have deepened that foundation through ongoing study, including work in the lineage of David Elliott, one of the most respected breathwork teachers alive.
That work sharpened my ability to hold space, refined my intuition, and gave me a deeper understanding of what it means to truly be present with another person in their process.
Every session is different because every person is different. I follow what's needed in the room.
