I didn’t come to this work from a textbook — I came to it because I needed it to save my own life.
After years of numbing and disconnection, breathwork and plant medicine opened me to a deeper path of healing. The ceremonies, the silence, and the breath revealed what the alcohol, substances and quick fixes never could:
that the self I had been searching for was always here, waiting beneath the noise.
**Sacred Rebirth** was born out of my own journey through grief, surrender, and awakening. I know what it feels like to shed an old identity and not yet know who you are becoming. I know the ache of release, and the beauty of rising again.
This container is the one I wish I had in those moments — not just tools, but presence. Not just techniques, but devotion.
I don’t stand above you in this work. I walk beside you. Every breath is both yours and mine — a remembering, a return, a rebirth.
